Function key F1, Help window
           F1 key, helps to access your  doubts in AutoCAD through online and you can clarify  your doubs through online access.


Function key F2,Text window ON/OFF
           F2 Key , helps to   display a expanded command history in the command window, by this dialog box we can check what command we used and to check whether all the commands are properly utilized .

Function key F3,OSNAP(Object snap)
         Turns object snap on/off, by this  F3 key, while placing a object (eg. line, CADD Blocks ..etc) Corners, Mid point are shown.

Function key F4,3D Osnap ( 3D object snap On/OFF)
                       Similar to F3 command , But it works in 3D model,

 Function key F5,Isoplane Top/Right /Left
               Cycle through 2D isoplane settings 
Function key F6, Dynamic UCS On/Off
Turns automatic UCS alignment with planar surface On/Off

Function key F7 Grid on/off
       Grid On/Off helps to align a text or any object in a vertical and horizontal  plane.

Function key F8,Ortho on/off
looks cursor movement in Vertical and  Horizontal and helps the plan to rotate in a horizontal and vertical plan ( more useful while projecting floor plan)


Function key F9,Snap(Point to Point Movement )
it to move the object in a point to point direction 


Function key F10,Polar Line
 Guides cursor movement to specified angles. Shows the direction of angle.

Function key F11,Object snap Tracking
it helps to track a object where it is located by location 

Function key F12,Dynamic input (Tap –Angle Measuring )
Displays distance and angles near the cursor and accepts input as you use tab between fields.
